You might look up a plastic tank fabricator in the
yellow pages.  I found a one-person company that does
plastic welding, plastic signs, tanks, etc.  They build
custom water/holding tanks.  Also agricultural tank
manufacturers are a possibility.  You can always do a
mock-up in cardboard and take it in for an estimate.
