If your work is limited to the cooler season - I suggest Cold Cure epoxy
which works at lower temperatures than regular although I'm sure WEST makes a
version of it too. Nothing  kicks below freezing but as soon as the temp
comes up - voilà.
Hope that was some help - have used Cold Cure for years with no bond failure,
WEST Systems are excellent too.
