[Alberg30] Stern ladder

We are installing a Cape Horn wind vane and will have to replace the ladder presently amidships on the stern rail.

Any suggestions regarding a replacement?  We would prefer one that is on the stern on either side of the windvane.  Any suggested suppliers?
