[Alberg30] Front hatch lost

fritz,
i purchased rascal from a yard in chicago who charged me a fair sum of money
to ready her for overland shipping to my home. when the semi pulled up
rascal did not have the sliding hatch for the companionway. i called the
yard and they said it was there when it left. i would hate to have been
southbound on interstate 65 behind that truck when the hatch became airborn.
that should have been my clue about boatyards. but,,,,,,,,,,,,
i now have a gorgeous mahogany hatch which i am still trying to get to fit a
little better
