Jim,  Two good items to pick! I've done both. Impeller took an hour (with help) of digging thru catalogs only to be told that it's no longer available. Through Featherman it wasn't two seconds and I get it two days later. I got lucky with a complete rebuilding kit for the head about 5 years ago. It was actually hanging on the display but, I did have to catalog cross reference to ensure it was the correct kit. The following year, I tried to get a spare Joker or even full kit again. Even with the West number and the manufacturers number it took a lot of time to special order. Two weeks later, I was told "No longer available".

  When you go into Fawcetts, ask about setting up an account.  They have a frequent buyer plan, that undercuts West.  

  Also if you want to try something interesting Go in West and ask a sales person for an Atomic 4 impeller, then do the same at Fawcetts.  Same thing can be done by asking for a joker valve.
