[Alberg30] Fixing bad decks

So far, you've gotten two mails saying don't do it. I agree, don't do it to
an alberg 30. Too much weight too high up. If you must do it, don't screw
the teak down, glue it down with epoxy. I personally know two boats with
teak decks and both have deck delamination problems from water intrusion
through all those fasteners. One of the west system books describes how to
glue down the teak strips, without making the deck look like a peg board. If
you must do it, that is the way to go.
