[Alberg30] Electronic Ignition

Anyone who has had to change out (or even adjust) a set of points on the
early style Atomic 4 with the Prestolite distributer in anything but a
dead flat calm (or hauled out) can make a very good argument for
switching to electronic ignition.  My $0.02 worth.
