You're not biased George. I had a claim (don't ask) that occurred in VA waters (I'm in Baltimore area) at 6PM or thereabouts. I called Al Golden on my cell phone and he told me what info to give the claimant, and to have the guy contact him the next day, and said he would handle it. I received an accident report form in the mail to fill out, which I did, and that's the last I heard about it. I called the claimant a month later to see if all had been settled, and it had with no complaints. I hope I never need to call Al outside of office hours again, but it sure is great knowing I can.

Oh, alright. In a heavy cross wind, Andante's bow sprit hit a piling and knocked it over. No damage to the boat at all, one dead piling, and one very mad marina owner.
