[Alberg30] Fixing bad decks

My suggestion is don't replace your deck with teak.  Other than appearance 
teak has all disadvantages over fiberglass.  It's too hot to stand on 
barefooted in the sun, requires maintenance, needs expensive replacement 
after a few years, and if screwed into the existing deck it will eventually 
allow water into the core and rot the deck core.
