Brian,
 Landfalls are fairly common in the Pacific NW. Our friends lived aboard one 
and never sailed it they worked on it and really never took advantage of the 
boat. There is one sitting in Lake Union and when I drive by I see it all the 
time just sitting.
  I wish I could find an Alberg 30 like yours she is just beautiful . You 
should not have any trouble selling her.
