[Alberg30] Downhaul

John, your downhaul method sounds interesting but I am not clear on how
it works.  What is a lizard and a mitre seam.  Will you please explain
some more.  I've heard about a downhaul method that gathers up the clue
of the sail at the same time as pulling down the head.  I tried this on
a 40 footer I used to own but it really didn't work because of too much
friction.
