[Alberg30] PVC fittings

PVC valves and fittings are bad mojo.  They seem like they're plenty strong
and corrosion resistant, but they're prone to failure.  If you need a quick,
cheap fix, use brass, it's about half the cost of bronze, but it should be
replaced with bronze within a year as it eats itself.
