How many bananas for the rebuild?

On the bench after the rebuild at the HP peak, mine was close to 38HP. The cylinder and water jacket walls are thicker than on an A4 also. If you decide to replace yours, sell it to me:) The place in NJ has all the parts, and will also rebuild. I found a shop in Baltimore that specializes in older flat head engines as a hobby (they are actually a nationally known builder of AA dragster and other racing engines) who rebuilt mine to mint condition. Smooth, powerful, definitely don't need a diesel!
