[Alberg30] Bottom Paint

What are people's opinions on bottom paint for a boat moored in the
Annapolis area? I am looking at the old standby, Woolsey Neptune II
$125/gal., and Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote ACT $90/gal. Anyone with
experience with either of these paints?
