You might want to consider the Kracor mold #5022, 15 gallons, which
also fits under the port v-berth (replacing the drawer).  As for 
Practical Sailor, I consider their recommendations, like those of
Consumer Reports, a bit myopic.  They often focus on one aspect of
a product to the exclusion of others.  And sometimes their tests
are not repeatable.  Your mileage may vary, but I haven't heard
any complaints about the Kracor tanks.
