[Alberg30] anchor line problem

Just a comment.

Sixty feet of anchor rode for a water depth of 30 feet plus freeboard
doesn't seem to be enough scope.

The scope should be 7 to 10 times the water depth plus freeboard.

My 1st guess doesn't make sense to me after review.  I wonder if the tide
reigns and is just pushing that 60' of line in the direction of the tide.
The boat points into the oncoming tide because it's a greater force than the
wind from another direction.
