[Alberg30] Bottom Paint

I have been very happy with Micron CSC. It lasts two years, and since it is 
ablative type, it washes off with a hose and 3M Grill scrubber (no more 
sanding). It is not necessary to remove all the paint every two years since, 
unlike other non-ablative paints, the toxins remain in the paint and leach 
out as the paint is worn away.

What are people's opinions on bottom paint for a boat moored in the
Annapolis area? I am looking at the old standby, Woolsey Neptune II
$125/gal., and Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote ACT $90/gal. Anyone with
experience with either of these paints?
