Yes, Yes, Yes!  At least exterior grade.  The plywood insert in my lazzerete
hatch was rotten when I bought #229.  I used a piece of scrap from a boat
yard that was supposed to be marine grade plywood with luan veneer.  I sealed
all surfaces with System3 epoxy & varnished the h*** out of it.  It started
to peel after about 18 months.  I did it again with AB exterior grade & it
lasted 4 years so far.
