[Alberg30] Atomic4 to Yanmar 2GM20F

Hi...Help!!! I am converting my Alberg30 which currently has an Atomic4 
engine to a YANMAR 2GM20F. I am having some difficulty. Is there ANYONE who 
has done this type of conversion before and can possibly lend me some advice 
or help? ANY information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Diane L.
