[Alberg30] Yawl?

Yawl's are pretty.  In ocean racing circles, there was a handicap 
allowance/advantage under alot of the rules, and alot of cruisers felt that 
the yawl rig gave more options when reducing sail in heavy weather.  But the 
general concensus seems to be that giving up the square footage in the main 
hurts performance to windward, particularly in boats under 45 feet LOA or so.
Still, An Alberg 30 with a gaff yawl rig?............Would be pretty       :)
