[Alberg30] Shift Linkage

I had that problem with the controls on our Atomic bomb.  It caused some
consternation, too.  We needed that reverse thrust at the dock.
I observed the same equipment on another A-30, (photographed it in action)
and saw a significant difference, because a part was missing!
No more comments about women drivers...
It was an easy fix after that.
