[Alberg30] Stability data and hull/scantlings drawings

I've got a copy, but
  1. As Jack said at the time, those figures were rough approximations
     based on measurements of small drawings.
  2. That information really belongs to Jack and it wouldn't be right
     to republish it without his permission.
