[Alberg30] Details on Mast Beam Repair fitting

Regarding attaching the plates for the Mast Beam repair:

what are the recommended sizes for the bolts, as well as length?

How many?

In the web site pictures I see that NO bolts are placed up towards the top
of the arch. is there a reason? Is there too much pressure for the bolts?
