It depends on the PHRF region, and can change from year to year.
One figure I've heard is 222 in Northern California, but this is
a 1988 rating (http://www.yra.org/phrf/Baserate.htm).  You could
look at Fishmeal's list of PHRF Ratings
(http://www.well.com/user/pk/YRAphrf.html).  Looking at
http://vent.neb.com/benner/PFiles/base.html I see that the A30 was
rated 228 in New England in 1996.  Adjustments to this value are
at http://vent.neb.com/benner/PFiles/phrfba.html
