[Alberg30] Stability data and hull/scantlings drawings

Rousmaniere's "The Desirable and Undesirable Characteristics of Off Shore
Yacht's" screen capsize formula has a rating about 150, well below the
threshold of 200 which renders a yacht unfit for offshore work like say a
J24. Practical Sailor had a list of 40 boats published about 15 years ago,
the Ludders 44 Yawl had the best capsize numbers followed by the A-30, the
A-37 was a close fourth.
