[Alberg30] Bill Bain; bringing lines aft

I haven't brought all the lines aft, yet, so I don't yet know how
well this will work for all of them.  I attached a bail at the 
base of the mast, using the bolt that holds the cast aluminum foot,
and attached my vang there.  I intend to add more blocks for bringing
such things as the reefing lines and outhaul.  As for the halyards,
I believe I've mentioned my Garhauer swiveling block, before.  I've
got one mounted to bring the jib halyard back and intend to mount 
another (which I already have) for the spinnaker halyard.  I decided
to leave the main halyard at the mast, since I've got to go forward
to reef the main, anyway.

I think it's time to start collecting pictures of this stuff.
