The variables that are not obvious are defined in PHRF rules, which I 
don't have. The stuff labelled "4PC" & similarly, as I recall, were 
related to a standard heeling  moment applied & then measured..  
Incidentally my rating of 23.6  was higher than others I ran across 
later which were more of the order of 22.7.  Don't have enough data to 
say why.
