If you send photos to the list, please make sure the file size is 
very small.  It's better to post the photos online and send the
URL to the list.  If you don't have a place to do that, you can
send them to webmaster at alberg30.org with a not explaining what 
you want and I can help you out.

As to the monetary value of the boat, my rule of thumb from 
watching the market in the Annapolis area is that a boat in
excellent condition is worth around $20K.  Anything that is
wrong with the boat subtracts from that, though cosmetic
problems often subtract quicker than mechanical ones.  A
new engine should be worth something, but probably not what
the engine cost.  Extra doo-dads added to the boat, bow
roller, cockpit hatch, etc., don't seem to add any monetary
value, in general.  To some people these are positives and
to others they are negatives.  The economics in other areas
may be different.
