[Alberg30] table top? Westerbeke engines?

I think this is a really good idea.  I had not thought about folding up in 
thirds against the bulkhead or stored inthe closet because I have other 
things like bookcases on the starboard bulkhead where it probably makes the 
most sense.  However, I will look at some ideas and see if I can do it.
