[Alberg30] Winch Lubrication

Tom,

I don't know much about the old Southcoast and Merriman winches, but
Lewmar makes both a winch grease and winch oil that Gail used in
re-lubing our Barlow winches.  She used the oil on the pawls and the
grease on the bearings and gears.
