[Alberg30] A4, stern tubes

You can get 1 3/8 stuffing box hose, it just is a non standard item and may
need a special order. If you can't get it anywhere else Brewer Brothers
Marine 65 Guise Ave., Hamilton, Ontario, Canada can. 905-529-4114.

Though I'm sure you can find it elsewhere.
