[alberg30] Chainplates

i everyone 487 'bill of Rights'- I've been away lately making a family! I
have a son now 8 weeks old!  here's one I would like to have some input.  I
was thinking of relocating the chain plates to the exterior of the hull.
This would stop the "popped-riveted" bulkheads form tweaking the floor
support. Also would allow the thru-deck water leaks at the chain plates to
be sealed for ever!  Scott Maury
