Hi Ian -

When I was young and idealistic, well idealistic anyway, I accepted the
position of Exec Director of a youth oriented sail trainng operation that
sailed 50 ton steel brigantines. Insulation to prevent condensation was
important in controling rust. We used a spray on closed cell foam that we
then trimmed with razor knives. The surveyor liked the foam because it
bonded with the inside of the hull and eliminated the possibility of
condensation there, and it was easy to prevent any air leaks to the hull
from inside.

Sorry, can/t rememberf what it was called.
