[Alberg30] Towing by bow cleats

I'm no expert but my bow cleat has held up through several hurricanes and I
would not consider attaching to the mast. Don't forget the nylon line will
stretch long before you are going to damage the deck and should absorb most
of the load. That's my 2 cents worth!!
