[Alberg30] Alberg 30 center of gravity

Hello all,
I have searched the web site and not been able to locate this information.  I 
would like to determine the fore and aft weight center of gravity for the 
Alberg 30.  I would need a dimension from some known reference point, such as 
the rudder post or transom.

I don't mean the center of effort or the center of resistance, just the basic 
fore/aft center of gravity.  I plan to have a trailer built and want to 
design with the proper tongue loading so the trailer follows well.
