My rails are toothpicks compared to the one Christos sent me. I think my 
boat must have been owned by a person who held stock in a sandpaper 
company. Round parts are down to 11/16" diameter. On another note I got 
the quote back from the machinist for the aluminum mast sheaves 10 for 
125.00 per each one for 250.00.  I think someone could do better maybe 
by getting a tech school to make a class project....  I bought delrin 
and I'm going to be making mine from Delrin to the sketch that George 
posted for me on the web site.
