[Alberg30] Fw: Jib sheet tracks.

John,

I replaced the teak under the genny and jib tracks fours years ago with
Delrin. I had the  plastic supplier cut strips four feet by 1/4" (size of
the teak), it has worked great and  virtually eliminated that problem. I am
currently replacing the teak strip under the track located on the mast with
Delrin this year. Any good plastics supplier should have stock and custom
cut the material. The total cost was approx. $60.00.

I'm assuming that you have the flat track.  I can't help but believe
that it will be easier for you to remove the track to replace the
spacer.  You'll probably also find it easier to replace the bolts,
too.
