Hate to say it, but are you sure it is an Alberg 30?

Based on the previous discussions here sounds like a good place to ask about
a 30' Classic Alberg 1973 I'm looking into.  Thanks for the heads up so far
on alot of topics, helping me to do my homework.  This boat still has it's
wood mast and boom and has been repowered with a Volvo diesel.  Alot of wood
up on the decks too, around the cabin, instead of glass.  Anything special
to look for or be weary of.  Thanks, Wayne
