[Alberg30] Tightening the stuffing box

It should leak some, but only while the engine is running and the boat is in 
gear. At rest it should not leak. You need two wrenches, one for the housing 
and the other for the packing nut. First, loosen the lock nut, then tighten 
the packing nut a little (maybe one flat or two) then check it while 
motoring and at rest for leaks. If it does not leak while motoring, back it 
off a little, it is a water lubricated bearing and needs to drip 
occassionally. Re-adjest as necessary.

Hello,

I was wondering how I might tighten my stuffing box.  It leaked all year 
last year (not much but some).  Do I just turn the nut slightly?
