[Alberg30] Alberg 30 "Owlet" for sale

Alberg30 built 1976/1983 for sale.  Owlet was launched and completed in 1983
by Custom Cabinets Mfg.,Whitby, Ontario.  Full teak interior and in
excellent repair, has been well kept since acquired 13 years ago.  Bukh
diesel, new Autohelm St+ with remote control.  Plastimo Contest compass and
Autohelm HHC.  Ships clock and barometer.  4Sails.  35 lb.CQR anchor with 25
feet chain and 150 feet of 5/8 nylon rode.  Custom designed sturdy S.S.
double bow anchor roller fitting.  Force 10 propane BBQ with S.S. tank
holder at stern pulpit.  6 large fenders.  Profurl furling and all lines led
aft.  Tiller steering.  Dodger with extension, cockpit side curtains.  Many
other upgrades and items added over the years.
