  We're also with IMIS--they're a broker, so they have a network of carriers they work with to try and find you the best deal.  We are brand new to the Alberg community, and brand new to older boats...Joan at IMIS was very helpful in determining coverages, and was even able to arrange coverage while our boat was being transported from Michigan to the Chesapeake.  I understand there are some problems with finding carriers in FL and the Keys, but I would think if there's anyway they can help you, they'll certainly try.
