[Alberg30] Mast steps and goosenecks

I use PB Blaster. Available at NAPA. Has a wierd label on the spray can 
- looks almost like a parody of a label, but it works great in most 
frozen bolt situations. Are they really round headed bolts? My boat has 
big stainless screws.
