[Alberg30] Regarding interior paint, again

We used Zinsser's Perma-White mildew-proof bathroom paint, after sanding the
mess off the pink (!)  latex someone had used.  We put Zinsser's BIN
anti-stain prep in the worst spots, as well.
It's holding up well.
