Ken,

Different spreader designs and bases have been used over the years, so 
there is no single spreader design that could be mass-produced.  My 
advice is to contact Bill Mattox (coolweld at hotmail.com) the owner of 
Limerick #227.  His company, Accurate Stainless, is advertised on page 2 
of the 2002 handbook.
