[Alberg30] stanchions

Christos,

I replaced one, once.  I reused the base and the eye at the top
and just bought a new piece of 7/8" stainless tubing.  The eye
was peened into place.  I drove it out with a piece of all-thread
inserted in the old stanchion tubing.
