I am looking for a boat to buy. We want to race, cruise, and day sail. We are in the Annapolis area - Annapolis Cove/Lake Ogleton.

Several boats are on the market. We want to look at as many as possible.

Part of our search entails a shopping list of options/upgrades etc. 

We also would like to do some frostbiting - either racing or daysailing.

That is a pretty varied group of topics. Please respond to any of these at any time.
