[Alberg30] capacity

The Coast Guard rates the Alberg 30 at Net 8. So theorically we can 
transport 8 tons. If the average passenger weighed 200 lbs, there would be 5 
passengers per ton x 8 = 40 passengers. I wouldn't want to be on the boat!

I believe the capacity of a vessel is  the  lengthX's width divided by
240 ????about 11 passengers??????
