You can download it at http://www.mozilla.org/releases/  It is, of
course, a big download.  I prefer the Full Installer version 
rather than installing over the network, but that's my
conservatism.  The full installer version for Windows is 9.8MB.
The Network install downloads a small file and then asks you
what parts you want to install, but it's still at least 6MB.
If you've got a dialup connection, you might want to start it
just before going to bed.
