[Alberg30] Moisture Meter Technique

We are getting ready to do our own survey on a Columbia 40 that is
stored in a unheated area. My question is, can I get accurate readings
if the deck is below freezing, assuming there is moisture in an area?
Also, can we do accurate readings on the underside of the deck as well
as from the top.
