[Alberg30] Gimbaled Oven-Stove

There are good quality, small (i.e., compact) European caravan (RV) stoves with ovens. They can be gimbled. That is what I expect to try when I get to that point on the list. [Dave and Jaja (?), frequently featured in Cruising World, use one with great satisfaction.]
